Growing up as a small child, Bruce could be found working on engines and building things in his father’s garage. Whether it was taking apart a lawn mower and rebuilding it to rewiring a car radio. Having grown up around cars his entire life (his father was a professional NHRA Drag Racer – Pee Wee Wallace), it’s no surprise that Bruce’s passion was working on and repairing cars. This led him to his first job where he “turned wrenches” as an Automotive Technician for Richmond Honda. Mastering his skills, Bruce continued working here for 14 years.     

During this time, Bruce earned his Engineering degree from the University of Virginia (UVA). Following graduation, Bruce met Janet and as they say, the rest is history! Bruce followed his dreams and opened the doors to Wallace Automotive.  

Bruce and Janet reside in Mechanicsville, Va., where they raised their 2 children, Madison and Cole. In their free time they can be found working in their yard, volunteering in their community, watching their son play college baseball or traveling.
