At Wallace Automotive, we have built our business on honor, trust, and integrity. Our philosophy is pretty simple: Every staff member services your vehicle as if we’re working on our own. We think your repairs and maintenance should be done right the first time, providing you with complete satisfaction that keeps you coming back to us. We are unique in that we offer dealership-quality service with a highly personalized warm, no-nonsense approach, and we want you to tell your friends, family and neighbors about your experience with us every time we have the privilege of working with you.
Who We Are
Since 1996, Wallace Automotive has been Richmond’s #1, award- winning, independent, service and repair facility. We are a specialty shop that caters to the customer’s needs, and treat people how we like to be treated. Starting out south of the James, as word spread and business grew, it wasn’t long before we expanded across the river to keep up with our customer’s needs.
Because we value their loyalty, we expanded our knowledge to include most Japanese models, as well as several domestic vehicles,
to enhance our capabilities and the relationships we’ve built with our customers. Our goal is to satisfy all your needs on your Honda or Acura–and for service for your other cars!
