Started bringing my vehicles here for oil changes, etc. when I had a Honda. I have a Kia now and I still go to Wallace because their customer service is top notch, they are honest, fast and on time (even during COVID) for their appointments. I love that you can sit inside or outside while you wait.

I have been taking my cars there for years and years now. I have sent them numerous referrals and will continue to. Chris is always extremely honest with me and so is the staff. Whilst honesty, and integrity are at an all time high for them, they are genuine. I highly recommend Wallace Auto if you want excellent service that doesn't steal your wallet out of your pocket.

We have been taken both of our cars here within the last year or so. Have had oil changes, brake pad replacements, and 100000 mile service performed. They have done a good job with the repairs and maintenance. The employees are courteous and friendly. The lobby and service areas are clean and well kept. Their prices are very reasonable and they don't try to push other services/repairs I don't need. Believe me these reliable/trustworthy auto repair places are hard to find. Try these guys out and you will be a happy customer.

The best place in Richmond to service your Honda, Acura and every other brand as well. They will not suggest work that is not needed. They always have repairs done on time. They are consistently less expensive than the dealership. A+ service! Great job guys!

I don't know why I just didn't come here and save myself a whole lot of stress! Excellent customer service! Quality work! I couldn't have asked for a better experience. They didn't try to upsell and/or pressure me to get anything fixed that wasn't an immediate need. Definitely will be back!!!

I brought my 1999 Honda Accord in to have my timing belt replaced, not only did they do a magnificent job (at a very reasonable price), they fixed my radio (ever since my transmission was rebuilt). Wow, who ordered up great customer service with my timing belt. And it took them 1/2 as long as one of those hokie tire shops. Well they won me over. Great job guys keep up the good work
